F.H.L Installation Instructions:
1 – Perform a Backup e.g – Nandroid etc
2 – Download T.A.G’s ROM (Posted Below)
3.1 – If downloading directly using your Android Rename the ROM (using Astro or any other file manager) to “TAG” and copy or move to SDCard (NOT inside a folder on the SD or this will make it invisible upon recovery), once you’ve done that power off your device.
3.2 – If downloading from a PC Rename the ROM to “TAG”, Mount your phone and copy or move the ROM to phone SDCard from PC (Again NOT inside a folder on the SD or this will make it invisible upon recovery).
4 – Reboot into recovery mode (Press both Home+Power at the same time and release upon a screen appearing) ensuring you have either Cyanogen 1.4 (or higher) recovery or Amon_RA 1.2.3 (or higher) recovery installed
5 – WIPE EVERYTHING!!!! (unless your coming from previous T.A.G build then ignore this unless we say otherwise).
6 – Select “Apply sdcard:choose zip” and pick “TAG” from the list
7 – Reboot
NOTE: The first reboot takes a little longer then normal, this is normal and will only happen once after each flash.

The Associated Press: What was the appeal for you in doing “MTV Unplugged”?
Katy Perry: Well the “MTV Unplugged” session was really important, it was kind of like the swan song
of the whole “One of the Boys” record. It was the last real look I wanted to give on the record and show off
some of the songs at their most simple, kind of at their most stripped down, at the skeleton,
at the core of what some of them were written or how they were written.
AP: Your life must be completely different now — it’s a whirlwind.
Katy Perry: Yeah I’m definitely getting used to it, or trying; it’s difficult.
I don’t feel completely different than when I started.
I feel like I have a lot to prove still and I still have that ambition and that drive that I had
when I didn’t have any money, or when I didn’t know what was going to happen in the future,
if I was going to make it or anything.
AP: With the last album, there was a lot of hype about “I Kissed a Girl” and “Ur So Gay.”
Do you feel like you’re going to have to have some kind of scandalous angle on a track on the new album?
Katy Perry: I think the “I Kissed a Girl”s and the “Ur So Gay”s were never,
“oh let’s see how I can stir up a pot of scandalous,” you know.
It was actually just me telling my story and that is how I see the world you know, and that’s the kind of funny,
messed- up way I live my life I guess. With a dark undertone, a sarcastic dark undertone,
just everything is kind of that way for me and so I’m sure that’ll be a thread in my next record.

Local hero Mr. Kinetik dropped this on his blog the other day as the single for his new project the Ghost of Mr. Kinetik, and I have been meaning to post it since then. Nothing about this track is outstanding except how tight Kinetik’s lyrical game has become. The first time I ever caught him shine like this was at the final night of Saturday Night Live @ Front Page at the end of the summer. Hopefully his prowess on the mic continues to improve. Dude could be a beast for Indy.

Windows/Mac/Linux: Less than two weeks after they released the first beta, Mozilla is back with Firefox 3.6 beta 2. This release includes over 190 bug fixes from beta 1, in addition to the already existing performance boosts and support for one-click themes.
You can grab the latest straight from the Firefox beta page; if you’re already using 3.6 beta 1, those 190+ bug fixes seem like they’d be well worth the update.
Again, this is a beta release, so only upgrade if you’re an early adopter willing to deal with some potential bugs. That said, if you’ve been using 3.6 over the last week or so, let’s hear how you’ve liked it so far in the comments.

As a beginning homemaker, I haven’t quite reached that level where I’m able to be organized and confident in my homemaking skills. Frequently when I go to the store, my husband will ask me what we have at home, and I draw a complete blank. Or, I will say, “Don’t worry about picking up mushrooms, we have plenty at home.” Only to discover when we I start to make the dish that I have absolutely no mushrooms. Fantastic, now I have to either revamp the meal plan, risk upsetting my husband who was counting on that favorite meal or rush out to the store, not saving any money, spending more on gas and the time until dinner is ready and… See, it’s not pretty.
For a while I tried some pretty basic tactics – I’d convince myself to make a checkmark on a sheet of paper when I ran out of something. But my list was never complete. I’d have scribbles, I’d forget to make checkmarks, the list would end up under the fridge, you know the deal. At one point I also used a neat list of my necessities that I put in a clear plastic cover so that I could use a dry erase marker to easily keep in mind what I needed. I continually found myself using permanent markers.
I knew that I needed a new tactic, but I couldn’t find exactly what I wanted that anyone else had made before, so one day I bravely decided that I wanted to make one for myself. I began with a simple spreadsheet, I think I also took ideas from a spreadsheet made by another homemaker.
After a while of tweaking, I came up with a functional worksheet and immediately attached it to my freezer:

One of the basic requirements of ISO 9001:2008 is that a Formal (documented) Top Management Review of the Quality Management System be held at planned intervals (reference: Section 5.6 of the standard). It is typical for third party assessors to require a planned interval of: ‘at least once per year’.
There are specific ‘review inputs’ (topics and accompanying data) that must be addressed during the review in order to comply with the standard… and there are specific ‘review outputs’ (outcomes, including actions) that must be achieved.
For a list of all records required by ISO 9001:2008, visit the ISO website and take a look at the table at the bottom of ISO/TC 176/SC 2/N525R2, “Introduction and support package: Guidance on the documentation requirements of ISO 9001:2008″ titled: “Annex B: Records Required by ISO 9001:2008″.
While the agenda for the Management Review is clearly prescribed within the ISO 9001 Standard, the formats for the supporting documentation, or effectiveness thereof, are not. One company I worked with had identified exactly the same critical resource need to support quality outcomes for over five consecutive years … and had not made any effective progress in addressing that need. Every year, the inadequacy of the Corrective Action System was noted in the minutes of the Management Review. Every year, the third party assessor had also cited a ‘minor’ finding against the Corrective Action System. Still, five years in a row, not a single improvement had been made to the Corrective Action System. This did not prevent the company from maintaining ISO 9001 certification, however, because the minimum requirements of the standard were met.
It may be tempting to pay lip service to a requirement for continual improvement just long enough to pass a third party assessment, but the damage caused by the dishonesty or insincerity of top managers can potentially cause far more damage to an organization than the cost, if any, of diligent, steady, practical, incremental, improvements over time.
The difficulty of allocating precious few resources to a system that does not seem too badly ’broken’, especially in a tough economy, is understandable. In my opinion, however, the cost is not always the issue. Although pie-in-the-sky promises are often well-intended, the real challenge can be not to bite off more than the organization can chew, so to speak. Overly ambitious plans for improvement fail as surely as dishonest ones. Limiting planned improvement efforts to what is practical, instead of what might be possible or what is wished for, can still provide steady improvements that support positive change over time.
I recommend a conservative approach to addressing resource needs that arise in Management Reviews. Many organizations hold monthly or quarterly operations reviews. Why not address the requirements of the ISO 9001 Management Review in meetings that occur more naturally and routinely for your organization? Make a conscious team effort to manage required Quality Management System resource allocations and actions as part of the normal way you do business.
Whatever the frequency of your Management Reviews might be, the template provided will empower you to assure each required agenda item and outcome is addressed in compliance with the ISO 9001 standard.

Why do I only put up youtube links? Why dont I put up download links? Why bother going here when I can find everything on youtube?

Also, also, also, I am listening to Tomohisa Yamashita’s Loveless today, as recommended by a friend. I had a thought of posting the lyric of this song. But it’s just so helpless. So hopeless. So loveless. Gosh. I like the MV, though. (It’s all over in YouTube. The majority loves it indeed.) The lighting and all that was somehow really cool. Though some were taken amateurly. And I really like the piano and the trivial yet significant involvement of the guitar and the percussion and all that.
